Requests outside these windows may not be accepted.


3. How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact us via email or our website contact form with:

  • Full name used in the order

  • Order number

  • Clear description of the issue

  • Photos or video proof (if damaged, defective, or incorrect)

We will review your request and respond within 1–3 business days.


4. Return Shipping

  • If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may cover the return shipping cost or provide a prepaid label (case-by-case review).

  • If return shipping is required from Brazil or other countries, carrier fees vary depending on region.


5. Conditions for Accepted Returns

Returned items must:

  • Be in the original packaging

  • Include all accessories (if applicable)

  • Show no signs of misuse

If the item does not meet these conditions, the refund may be partially approved or declined.


6. Refund Process

Once the return is approved and the item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • You will receive a confirmation email when processed


7. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds may be denied if:

  • The item is returned without original packaging

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Essenciais Canucks is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but lost or stolen after delivery. In these cases, we will assist you in contacting the carrier.


9. Order Cancellation Refunds

If you cancel an order:

  • Before shipping: 100% refund guaranteed

  • After shipping: refund only if return is approved under eligibility rules


10. Exchange Option

Instead of a refund, you may request an exchange for:

  • The same product (if available)

  • Or store credit of equal value
