Shipping & Delivery Policy — Essenciais Canucks

At Essenciais Canucks, we aim to deliver your everyday essentials quickly, safely, and transparently — locally in Canada and internationally, including Brazil.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Canadian holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another when it is shipped.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking updates depend on the carrier used and may take a few days to appear in the system.


5. Customs & Import Duties (Brazil & Other Countries)

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties.

  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our shipping costs.


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Customers must ensure their shipping address is correct and complete.

  • If an address error is identified before dispatch, we will update it.

  • If the order has already shipped, we are not responsible for delivery failure due to incorrect address information.


7. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays or customs processing times.

  • If a package is lost in transit, we will assist you in contacting the carrier and evaluating solutions on a case-by-case basis.


8. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within:

  • 7 days (Canada orders)

  • 14 days (Brazil & other international orders)

Please include:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Photos or video evidence of the package and item condition


9. Delivery Confirmation

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are considered completed deliveries.

  • We are not responsible for theft or loss after delivery confirmation.
